How can I implement Bitcoin ATMs?

I was wondering how I might go about implementing Bitcoin ATMs in my city. Are there any specific ATM providers I should be looking into?

Bitcoin ATM/BTM operators - Some questions for you!

Hello ATM/BTM operators. I'm looking at getting into the market. I don't live in a NY or California (i.e. anywhere with express regulations), and have done a fair amount of research in to the machine, have a tentative agreement on several spaces, may have a business partner to work with, and understand (I think) enough to get the 'back end' up and running.
What I'm not sure about, and would love to hear from BTM operators - how do you handle rent? Do you offer people a flat percentage, or a flat fee, or something else? How do you handle cash removal - do you do it, or do you get a group like Brinks in to do the work? Have you had issues with banks? Have you had issues with fraud? If so, what kind? Are there any ATM manufacturing companies to avoid (other than Robocoin and Skyhook, which I'll already avoid)? Does anyone have any experience with BitX ATMs? How many visits do you get at your machine, and if you have longer term data, is there much variability week to week, or season to season? Have any of you experienced vandalism at your machines? If so, how did you deal with it? Do any of you have your machines physically insured? How do you manage your backend to avoid or reduce the chances that your hot wallet gets compromised? All in all, is it worth it?
I realize this is potentially sensitive information, so if you're comfortable sharing, feel free to PM me. I don't need the posts here. Thanks in advance.

An exhaustive email explaining NYC "roadmap" to the 'hype and scam' crowd. PLEASE READ.

Batuhan,
Please read this email very carefully a few times. No disrespect is intended. But you seem to be very good at helping with a pump. And that can be good, I guess. NYC is not a pump and dump. ATM's coming was not to create hysteria on penny stock forums to make the quick "100 bagger". NYC ATM's were published and promoted because they will be the next step in the progression of NYC and its accessibility and usability. By paying 2 BTC to Coinomi for their implementation of NYC onto their platform (in Nov 2017) that milestone for NewYorkCoin has/will enable full mobile access/usage of NYC worldwide. From core wallets and original code, NYC will now be able to be easily usable (both installing a wallet and send/receive coins). Coinomi in the past had published all of their bitcoinj libraries on github. Assuming once NYC was implemented on Coinomi, the bitcoinj library (created by an experienced Java developer) would now be available for NYC and BitTeller ATM's could be ordered. BitTeller needs the bitcoinj library to implement NYC on their ATM's. Sometime over the last few months, Coinomi decided to make their bitcoinj libraries private and not open-source (published and available on github for all to see/use). This missing bitcoinj is the only reason I am not personally placing NYC ATM's in stores across New York City this very second. I have HUGE DEMAND from every business owner contacted and local NYC supporters are getting same positive response. "NewYorkCoin" is not installing ATM's in New York City. Charlie is. And Batuhan will also be able to - if you so choose. And so will anybody else that pays $1,000-ish for the machine and negotiates placement. ANYONE. NYC is not an ICO with a whitepaper and roadmap. It is not a company. NYC is open-source code published on https://github.com/nycoin/nycoin. A "community" of worldwide enthusiasts are helping NYC along her journey to inevitable widescale adoption and usage. I run the website, so I get the pleasure of responding to all inquiries. Try sending Litecoin or better yet try sending Bitcoin these silly messages and see if one response is returned. NYC = LTC = BTC. Again, this is NOT an ICO with a "dream vision" of what someday will be created. NYC exists now. The network does exactly as advertised and you have literally discovered a MEGA-LOTTERY winning ticket before most others have. NYC is growing its dev team at reddit.com/NewYorkCoin spearheaded by an experienced crypto dev bshaw2019 (Brandon Shaw). Brandon and his team are working on an Electrum wallet for NYC (search 'Electrum-NYC' at subreddit) and have started creating the bitcoinj library for NYC. Coinomi wanted another 2 BTC to provide us this bitcoinj library and I felt those additional funds would be more wisely spent on getting NYC listed on more exchanges and opening The New York Coin Center in Manhattan as soon as possible. I have terms out to landlord for the space attached. No guarantees I'll get this one, although I really want it, but sometime this year I WILL SIGN A LEASE for The New York Coin Center. And it will most likely have an NYC ATM :) Considering it's mid-month, and I am relying on bitcoinj library, NYC ATM's will not likely be installed in January. If your followers want NYC ATM's sooner, have them create or hire someone to create an open-source newyorkcoinj library and publish it on github for community review. Other than that, there is NOTHING any of us can do until bitcoinj is created (for ATM roll-out). Once a lease is signed for The New York Coin Center, it will be published at http://nycoin.net and that will cause the hype and pump and scam alarms to be ringing off the hook (and you'll have the time of your life!). But in the meantime PLEASE DO NOT continue to email me about getting free coins or asking NYC to get listed on more exchanges or when the ATM's are coming. Once ANYONE knows the real answers to those questions, they will be published on nycoin.net (and likely all the social media outlets). I hope you can see after this exhaustive email, that you have not found a scam or a pump and dump but have stumbled upon, in my personal opinion, the most usable cryptocurrency in existence. A crypto that has the ability to replace a $500B/yr industry (worldwide remittance) and is currently valued by the market at $26M. And the fact that NYC can eliminate merchant fees for credit card terminals/acceptance at merchants worldwide. This is not a penny stock that has absolutely zero value and is all hype. NYC has all real value and it exists NOW. Market price is simply a market inefficiency at this point in time. This will not continue for much longer. It simply can't. You are able to benefit from this market inefficiency. Once the market catches up to NYC, it will be valued in the Billions. It's not hype, it's inevitable. Free worldwide money transfer + usable at retail level worldwide + very easy low cost mining = NYC can't be beat. Or ignored for much longer. Spread the word. Ignore the haters. Stay focused. And NYC will make you (and whoever else picks them up anywhere near this price) very very rich. That's not a roadmap. That's a guarantee!
Best regards, Charlie

1200 By the time Marco Polo visited China they’d move from coins to paper money, who introduced the concept to Europe. An inscription warned, "All counterfeiters will be decapitated." Before the use of paper, the Chinese used coins that were circular, with a rectangular hole in the middle. Several coins could be strung together on a rope. Merchants in China, if they became rich enough, found that their strings of coins were too heavy to carry around easily. To solve this problem, coins were often left with a trustworthy person, and the merchant was given a slip of paper recording how much money they had with that person. Marco Polo's account of paper money during the Yuan Dynasty is the subject of a chapter of his book, The Travels of Marco Polo, titled "How the Great Kaan Causeth the Bark of Trees, Made Into Something Like Paper, to Pass for Money All Over his Country."

1590 Cabinet Noir was established in France. Its mission was to open, read and reseal letters, and great expertise was developed in the restoration of broken seals. In the knowledge that mail was being opened, correspondents began to develop systems to encrypt and decrypt their letters. The breaking of these codes gave birth to modern systematic scientific code breaking.
1600s Promissory banknotes began in London
1600s By the early 17th century banking begins also to exist in its modern sense - as a commercial service for customers rather than kings. – Late 17th century we see cheques slowly gains acceptance
The total of the money left on deposit by a bank's customers is a large sum, only a fraction of which is usually required for withdrawals. A proportion of the rest can be lent out at interest, bringing profit to the bank. When the customers later come to realize this hidden value of their unused funds, the bank's profit becomes the difference between the rates of interest paid to depositors and demanded from debtors.
The transformation from moneylenders into private banks is a gradual one during the 17th and 18th centuries. In England it is achieved by various families of goldsmiths who early in the period accept money on deposit purely for safe-keeping. Then they begin to lend some of it out. Finally, by the 18th century, they make banking their business in place of their original craft as goldsmiths.

1668 Bank of Sweden – today the 2nd oldest surviving bank
1694 First Central Bank established in the UK was the first bank to initiate the permanent issue of banknotes
Served as model for most modern central banks.
The modern banknote rests on the assumption that money is determined by a social and legal consensus. A gold coin's value is simply a reflection of the supply and demand mechanism of a society exchanging goods in a free market, as opposed to stemming from any intrinsic property of the metal. By the late 17th century, this new conceptual outlook helped to stimulate the issue of banknotes.

The founders of the Federal Reserve pretended like the bankers were opposed to the idea of its formation in order to mislead the public into believing that the Federal Reserve would help to regulate bankers when in fact it really gave even more power to private bankers, but in a less transparent way.

Considering purchasing a bitcoin ATM

I can definitely secure a spot in a high traffic area in NYC. I'm shooting for the Times Square area. If I can set something up, would there be an interest? I know that most people who want to purchase/use BTC already know how to get them but I feel like an ATM machine can help bring access to the masses. It's expensive at 5k per unit though.
Do you think there is enough people who would want a local, trusted ATM to access bitcoin purchases? Enough to warrant a 5k investment? We speak of BTC being the future but is it viable as a currency now where people will actually insert cash into a machine to get some? Would love to know your thoughts.

By Stickers and Screenprints: Day 1 - A (re)Introduction

G’day from Australia to all the global shibes, it's mikkas here.
A little refresher about me: I jumped on the shibe train a long long time ago when dogecoin was still a puppy. I gave 1 million doge away! I got scammed out of 1 million trying to donate to a “bitcoinstarter” doge site. I set up the first “blacklist” in the early days to prevent any other people getting scammed. I was even promised a free ATM by Moolah (even though they never delivered on the promise)
Such drama. Many scare. So endure. wow.
I took a long break from Dogecoin, 10 months or so. But something always made me want to check up on it, and now I’m back! I’ve been slowly getting active in the community again, but I thought it would be fun to set up a store.
I finally decided to set up shop for selling Stickers at MuchMarket -> http://muchmarket.com/vendomollymachine/
As we all know, it’s technically time soon for the final halving day (Jan 2015), so I have been thinking of a new project. An experiment of sorts…
A YEAR OF DOGECOIN.
I’m here to reveal my plan! All sales made will be held for 12 months in Dogecoin!
I’ll then either cash some of this out (to buy materials for more stickers), or purchase some items with my dogecoin to keep it within the community. It’s all well and good that Microsoft has accepted Bitcoin, but I don’t want to just be another cypto adopter who cashes out all of their payments every time they sell an item. GoodShibe mentions in his (awesome) daily posts that we should have a bootstrap economy, namely, don’t cash out! I couldn’t agree with them more. So I’m going for a year long experiment of selling stuff for dogecoin & holding it for at least 12 months.
How will we get to the moon? “By Stickers and Screenprints” of course!
(First I’m starting small with stickers, and then I’ll move into Screenprints (T-shirts. wow))
I’m embarking on a silly idea for 2015. I’ve quit my IT job (such security) to put my doge where my mouth is, and take on Molly Machine (My Fashion brand who I started with a NYC friend) full time (http://www.facebook.com/themollymachine). That will require me to start working at a Screen printing company (so I can still eat / gather fiat!) in early Jan 2015.
For the duration of 2015, I’ll be working at a Screenprinting company, gathering orders, posting stickers, and finally (when the timing is right) release my very own custom Dogecoin shirt! This is all going to hopefully happen in a nice fashion, once I have the skills to make shirts myself!
It’s a crazy idea, but if 2015 really is to be the year of the Dogecoin, why not join me & come along for the ride?
tl;dr Day 1 actions summary: Have opened a Sticker Store (worldwide shipping!)
http://muchmarket.com/vendomollymachine/
PS if you want to buy stickers from me directly feel free to send me a PM. Has anyone else used MuchMarket before? Do you think it’s a good site? Or should I list somewhere else? I’ve made the stickers 22,222 Dogecoin (+ postage) - I unfortunately can’t set a variable price as MuchMarket does not have that option. I might look into other stores (additionally) tomorrow. If you have any suggestions or questions please feel free to ask in this thread. Thanks for reading & to the moon!
